What you pay for

A licence per course, billed monthly or annually in advance. Adding a course charges the difference immediately; removing one takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with no partial refund.

What we provide

Hosting and delivery of the courses you upload, completion tracking, and certificate issuance, for as long as your licences are current.

Your content

Course packages, branding, and learner records remain yours. You can export them at any time, and we will not use them for anything but running the service for you.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for, your data stays restorable for 30 days after that, and then it is destroyed.

Fair use

There is no cap on courses and no cap on completions. We do not pause courses, throttle learners, or bill you extra for volume. If your usage grows past what the rate card suits, we will talk to you about a better arrangement — we will never act on your service first.
